- Audrey HEsther helped me with my taxes and it was a really enjoyable experience! It was quick and easy and I felt really comfortable with the entire process. However, when the time came to receive my refund, I was notified that there was some confusion in entering my bank account information, forcing me to have my refund mailed by check rather than receiving a direct deposit, which has delayed my refund by nearly a month. Update: My bank was the culprit! They gave me a slip with a typo on my direct deposit info!
